Lightware, as it was now named, had lost none of its enthusiasm for Lasers, nor for the darkling overlords that demanded Truth and Justice in accordance with the scriptures. Those who followed the scriptures would be blessed with Lasers. Those who defied the scriptures would be punished with Lasers.

Lasers were rather central to the gospels of the Conglomerate Godlords. The projected light of Truth lit their roads in the empty voids of fragmentary damnation, and Justice was nothing less than the Application of Truth. To know the Laser was to know Truth; To use the Laser was to use Justice.

Every possible application of Lasers was always right, no exceptions. Any who disagreed were swiftly corrected through judicious applications of Justice. Some of the other shards had even begun to see the new light, and Lightware was considering Funnel as a candidate for Priesthood of the Lightened Path.
