Выписали! ну почти)))) Завтра приехать ещё разок показаться и за выпиской) а пока отдыхать, восстанавливаться и беречь себя как хрустальную вазу.
Сюрприз-сюрприз, внепланово сбросила сильно вес. Нет, у меня конечно много жирка, который сбрасывать и сбрасывать, однако я и сбрасываю плавно, по 10 кг в год))) По крайней мере за первый год так сбросила и собиралась в том же духе продолжать, ибо ленивка)) И меня это устраивает.
А теперь привет: до болезни вес 116, спустя две недели болезни вес 102. минус 14 кг за две недели. м-да.
