The Winter Soldier inexplicably pulls Captain America out of the water of the Potomac and leaves him there. Suddenly he isn't just the Winter Soldier anymore, but is someone that the Captain had called James Buchanan Barnes. With a tenuous grasp on freedom he disappears and tries to answer the question burning at the center of him: Who am I?
