After Robert's rebellion, Ned is alone and daunted by the responsibilities he faces. The Great Other has slumbered for millenia and has gained strength. The recent wars have further increased his power worrying the Old Gods. In another life Harry Potter stands at the brink of life and death when the Old Gods approach him with an offer.
