Shadows, Blinding (джен)

He dies, and when all is said and done in that inky after-death, Father hands him an old scroll, adorned with the Hatake clan symbol and a peculiar looking seal.
“One of my biggest regrets,” Father tells him, “is never getting the chance to introduce you to the clan.”
He wakes up into a valley he’s never seen before, occupied by silver-haired villagers with familiar, dark eyes. As the questions grow darker than the answers, everything Kakashi thought he knew about the Hatake is challenged, as is his hope for ever getting home.

Kakashi dies, un-dies, and opens his eyes to blue skies and a valley occupied by the peaceful Hatake clan. Though resting and healing seems straightforward, it’s anything but in this village where he’s viewed as a threat by most--not to mention his own, newfound clan attributes that threaten to swallow him whole.
