It’s the October 7th. After a rather uncomfortable lesson with Mr. Jefferson, Max Caulfield makes her way to the bathroom. Well, we all know what happens next: a butterfly, a photo, Nathan, Chloe, a gun and a shot – but no rewind.
Chloe barely survives the shot, Nathan is arrested and testifies, Mr. Jefferson fled the scene. The case of missing Rachel Amber and the case of Kate Marsh are resolved.
And Max is in the middle of all this: her old best friend Chloe is in a coma, her favorite teacher turned out to be a psychopath, and her knew friend Kate was one of his victims. She knows, hard times are coming. But she isn’t alone; Victoria Chase, the queen bee of Blackwell, is in a similar position: her best friend shot someone and was involved in murdering Rachel Amber, her idol turned out to be a monster that actually was leering over her, and then there was Kate, who she had hassled restlessly over the incident at the party, but now she knew what happened. – Thrown into the storm of this and the following events, Max and Victoria find each other. And this is their story.
