The Fight Against Touch (слэш)

The gun comes up again and Tony’s reacting on instinct. His gauntlet is bulletproof, so he rests it against the muzzle. His other hand grips across the slide to steady the weapon, mind already processing that there will be a recoil.
And his fucking soulmate tries to shoot him.

He knows. He knows the truth deep in his soul and he can do nothing but let the moment play out, breath still in his chest. Their eyes meet and Tony places his palm, his Marked palm, around the brown band.
It’s vertigo and pleasure and a cataclysmic sense of rightness. The Tether completes and Bucky can’t help but groan at the way the world shifts around him.
