After the end of the Hundred Year War the decision is made to strip Azula of her bending. This sends the already broken girl into even darker places. Azula will need to deal with the truly evil urges and abilities that losing the core of her identity awakens in her. However, she finds that she does have the lifeline she is desperate for. There is one person in the world that somehow understands a little of what she is going through: Katara. Together they might be able to heal some of the scars that life has left Azula. Many do not think that Azula should be healed though. Katara will be forced to make choices between what the rest of the world wants and what she thinks is right.
