House was no stranger to the feeling- helplessness flooding his mind in a spiral, logic vanishing in a moment, all while this burning desire scratched at his skin, at his scars- but every time it appeared, he felt as lost as the last. Every time his body craved the feeling- the guilt, the pain- House was rendered powerless, reduced to the thoughts that flooded his mind in a sea of torment.
