James Potter had the life he always wanted. A wife, a son, a daughter and a family.. but there was always something nagging in the back of his mind. Like life wasn't suppose to be like this. Married to Lily Evans Potter. He always preferred his son, Harry James Potter, over his daughter, Sonia Dorea Potter, and he's actually not sure why. There was something about his son, and it's the reason he's always been attached to him, but he let it escape his mind.
But when the dark lord came, everything had changed. His view on Lily. His view on Dumbledore. His view on the dark lord, Voldemort. Dumbledore tries to separate the twins (were they even twins?), so they could focus on the girl-who-lives, his daughter but James wouldn't have any of it, so James just ran. He ran to the Dursley's household, where he changed his (and Harry's) life forever.
