In which Orochimaru builds his own version of ROOT, because he needed a librarian. And cooks. And someone to clean. And some lab assistants.
Featuring copious amounts of purple eyeshadow.
Then Hatake Sakumo interrupts Orochimarus brooding.
Or: Orochimaru uses human resources responsibly, stumbles into a relationship with Hatake Sakumo, gathers political allies and works on taking down the current government.
