Set during the events of Heartfelt Passages (Season 17, Episode 23). Rafael Barba is not just threatened by Felipe Heredio, but assaulted. His partner, Dominick "Sonny" Carisi is pulled away from his squad while one of their own's life lies in the balance to be with his injured partner. This is my take on a Barisi AU to the episode, and will be the first of a series of stories featuring my two favorite attorneys (even though one isn't an attorney quite yet).
