The Burakumin: Part One (джен)

An Earthquake shook the Fire Nation, killing many and leaving more homeless. Coastal villages were wiped off the map by wild tsunamis and landslides buried homes in seconds. It is a time of crisis and Zuko is feeling the stress that comes with leadership. At the behest of Iroh he decides he needs to spend some time out of the Palace. From the safety of a palanquin, he observes the commoners in their day to day lives and finds the Capital still in the midst of a poverty crisis weeks after the disaster.
