alex... she hasn't spoken to her in months. even if alex wasn't in new york, they called at least twice a month to catch up. there was something off about this absence. the thought was always in the back of her mind, but then she'd get overloaded with work and the thought didn't seem as important and she'd dismiss it as her over thinking. alex would call eventually.
