“Mike, he’s in there. Rafael’s in there.” He was beginning to panic, he could feel his head rushing and took a deep breath, attempting to slow his thoughts. “Maybe he isn’t. Maybe he’s in another courtroom. He’ll be fine in another courtroom, right?” He looked to Mike, expecting a supportive nod, but instead, he found him shaking his head, a solemn look on his face.
“He’s in there, Sonny.”
