| People don't necessarily think of items as being proud but, when it came to these shoes, one could hardly be surprised. One a week their owner polished them to a high ball shine, so bright that people could see their face in them. I hate my muse sometimes; she latches onto the weirdest challenges, even when they aren’t meant to be challenges. An off hand comment of "what do you mean you don’t...>> think I can write a 2k fic from the POV of Severus's shoes? CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!" really did turn into challenge accepted so here you are. Severus surviving the war and getting together with Harry from the perspective of Severus' shoes. |

| With exams looming and Umbridge with more power than ever Harry is at the end of his tether so decides to try writing a letter to Voldemort, in an effort to stop the nightmares/visions that, admittedly, mean absolutely nothing to him. This one little act will spark a chain of events that can lead to massive changes in the wizarding world, but will it be for better or worse. This is my take on the 'Harry writes Voldemort a letter trope', I hope you enjoy it. |
