It could be easily mistaken for a finch or a sparrow, but it was obviously neither of those species. Why, you may wonder? Well… Sparrows and finches weren’t green and on fire. “Shouto!!! That bird i...>>s on fire!” Fuyumi shrieked and when he looked at his newest companion, Shouto saw that it was indeed on fire. “Oh.” “Shouto, you don’t just say ‘oh’ and do nothing when an animal is on fire!!!” Fuyumi’s voice was shrill as she looked at her brother with a bird still on fire sitting relatively calmly on his shoulder. |

| Todoroki Shoto didn’t understand the weird looks sent his way. Was it because of his hair or his eyes? Or maybe his father? Not once did he entertain the fact that he was being stared at because of a massive flaming bird that was perched on his shoulder. He didn’t understand it, it was just a bird after all.
