| This story started out as a small fanfic based on Nickelodeon's 2012 rendition of the TMNT. While still using that series as its foundation, I began adding in more and more characters from across the entire franchise until it evolved into a rather large fan novel tribute to all of TMNT. It is action and adventure with more of a supernatural than science fiction leaning, since I felt the inclusio...>>n of storylines from the series had sci-fi covered. And it is also a bit of a love story (or love stories, there are a lot of characters and I'm kind of a romantic). I would rate this at PG13. While not nightmarishly gory, there are detailed descriptions of violent combat throughout the story. There is also some sexual violence, although not described in detail because I really don't want to. The material is not sexually explicit, although sexual situations are implied. Lastly, the Obsession story arc is quite dark and contains taboo subject matter that some readers may find disturbing. Read at your own discretion. It will be a few chapters before the turtles make an appearance, so don't get discouraged. |
