| Former ADA Barba has been troubled for quite sometime. The reason he defended Richard Wheatley is revealed. This fic is canon-compliant up until the SVU People vs. Richard Wheatley and the Organized Crime Christmas episodes. Then it quickly becomes non-compliant. Side Note: Non-compliant with my Barisi fanfic novel (Recovery: A Barisi SVU Novel & Sequel to the Darkest Before the Dawn)...>> The explanation as to why Rafael left the DA's office (Raul's decision to move on from SVU) after he ended the life of the infant, Drew, is flushed out more. Deviation from actual shows follows as the story picks up with Rafael sulking in Forlini's after giving Wheatley the news that he is a free man. |
