| With Balon's Rebellion finally defeated after more than three and a half years of fighting, the realm patches up its wounds. But as the great victory tourney approaches in King's Landing to celebrate the victory, things unravel in the background. The North, Vale and Riverlands still do not conceal their hate for the Targaryen dynasty. The Westerlands, broken and humiliated, look to Tywin's hand...>>ship to bring them back on top. The Reach, which has somewhat suffered, stands unchallenged. The Stormlands slowly slip away from Rhaegar. Dorne stands in the shadows, playing its own game. The Iron Islands face Tywin's wrath, defeat and despair. Prince Viserys, the true victor of the war, has secluded himself to voice his opposition to his brother's recent actions. | King Robert falls on the Trident, slain by Prince Rhaegar. But the battle did not exactly go the way of the Loyalists, either. Prince Rhaegar finds himself in control of the field, but the Rebels are still fighting strong, and Lords Stark, Tully and Arryn's forces are in a much better state. Now locked in an eternal struggle, the path that the Kingdoms seem to be set on are one of destruction... A "realistic" RhaegarWins AU where everything isn't sunshine and rainbows...for everyone. |
