There were advantages to being the youngest. But here, apparently, was the f*cking massive downside. Being traded away like a pawn, given as a ‘guarantee’ in a peace treaty, as though he didn’t even matter. Tommy supposed that, deep down, he had always known he didn’t. ____________________ Prince Tommy is traded away to King Philza as part of a peace treaty. He is certain he will be treated as a prisoner - a servant at best, a punching bag at worst. He just hopes Technoblade will find a way to forget all about him, the last thing he wants is for his older brother to feel guilty for being unable to keep him safe. Philza just wants to protect a child from parents so uncaring that they would trade him away. Or, a tasty blend of foster and royalty au tropes XD |
