| Someone has unleashed a horde of good (occasionally OVER) communication fairies on the MCU. Pepper’s convinced that someone’s dosing Tony’s shot glass with a revolutionary new truth serum (because Sodium Pentothal would only make him babble more than he already does). And Steve doesn’t know what happened but even before the serum people were suddenly talking to him (not that he likes what they’re...>> saying but it’s good not to be summarily dismissed). However the Powers that Be are NOT going to stand for this. If they have to drop an asteroid on Nick Fury’s dog to keep the plot on track THEY WILL DO IT (They’re not sure how the asteroid will help, but gosh-darn, they’re willing)! Whatever it takes, no matter what. Communication will NOT be allowed to get in the way of explosions and action scenes!!! To keep things vaguely orderly I’m restructuring as a series with each movie being its own story and each chapter is a scene, possibly (if necessary) followed by a TPTB induced course correction. |

| Being a superhero sometimes means you forget about the small dangers in the world, like disease. For Peter, this means he loses May to natural causes, not something he could ever save her from. Unknown to him, May left custody of Peter in the hands of Tony Stark, who, even though he wants kids, has no idea how to actually raise one. With a grieving superhero teenager on his hands, Tony is going to have to figure it out quick, if he wants Peter to ever be able to move on and be happy. |

| Remember that scene in Captain America: Civil War where Miriam Spencer (the mother of Charlie Spencer) confronts Tony in the hallway after his MIT speech, accuses him of only ever fighting for himself and lays all of the blame for her son's death at his feet? That confrontation, to me, felt like one of the crueler moments of the movie, and I've been wanting to fix some of the damage done to Tony by that particular conversation. Here's my attempt. |

| Bucky doesn't understand why no one ever says anything about Tony's PTSD. A year after they have all come back, after they all hugged and made up, Tony is still jumping anytime someone speaks to him. His hands shake when Steve raises his voice. All he does is work and drink and apologize for being around. And nobody notices except Bucky, because he is looking. Constantly. Watching Tony as ...>>he goes through his day to day. Bucky looks and LOOKS, until he is having a hard time even wanting to look away from short spiky hair that begs to be mussed, deep brown eyes that always looks so sad, and perfect lips that Bucky just wants to kiss forever. Bucky looks for so long that now all he wants to do is touch and hold and fix everything. But Tony can barely be in the same room as Bucky, cant even look him in the eye. So Bucky doesn't know what to do about Tony, but he is determined to do something. Because all he wants is to look at Tony, and see Tony looking back with a smile.
