            it's just a proposal now answering the question: idk(especially with the fact the content by the hyperlink may change at the every moment) but they'ld have a legal reason to condemn any site previously EU had accepted a law that every website should notify every user about cookie using, which induced a number of complains, so i'm not sure what'll happen now (tbh i'm not interested in it, just posting some random links atm)  |
