An AU set around the time of A New Hope. Padme didn't die. She's been living in exile for most of the twins' lives, but now it is time to return to Coruscant and the Emperor.
This story is unfinished and it ends at a very frustrating spot in the action. Read at your peril. It is marked as finished because it is as finished as it will ever be. For a long time I had it marked unfinished, but people kept asking for updates. There will be no updates.
