The Night Hounds found her body lying on the concrete ground with Agent 94 gone. When Alyssa wakes up, she can't remember a thing about Justin or anything that happened with him. He's just one big blur that's missing in her memory. But the IIA refuses to let them get away with this and order her to kill the now notorious Justin Bieber. She trains to become a Special Operations agent, being granted her license to kill. It's only hard to pull the trigger the first time and that's all the IIA needs, one time, to be the last time they ever see each other again.
