Часть //между// не переведена вовсе, и читатели на русском не знают, что авроры хотели проверить палочки Всех в школе, чтоб понять кто кастовал диффиндо, и именно Дамблдор переубедил и отговорил их.

Из вашего же текста может показаться или что авроры не знали что из палочки Квиррела не было диффинло; или что знали но и не собирались ничего с этим делать, ни слова про их намерение всех учеников и персонал проверить.
