Hamato Yoshi brought them all together because they had been abandoned by their own parents in one way or another, and they loved each other like a family. Mikey suffered the same fate, and he is adopted into the family, but he brings an extremely troubled past with him. The Hamato family tries everything to help Mikey overcome his past, the only trouble is; he doesn’t want them to know.
