After saving New York, the Thunderbolts* (New Avengers) are granted paid vacation leave on Valentina’s dime. Yelena has three goals: hang out on the beach, reunite with her dog, and stay sober. But when she learns that Bob doesn’t plan on taking a vacation, she impulsively asks him to accompany her.
And so during the chilly coastal days of a northern Californian fall, Yelena Belova and Robert “Bob” Reynolds start to heal.
