Todoroki reached over to fix the sheets. “Do you think this was how Odysseus woke up?”
“I think Odysseus didn’t have to deal with Deku cockblocking him in a foreign country.”
“Unconfirmed,” Todoroki said. “Myths are vague.”
Bakugo sat up with a groan and rubbed a hand over his face. “One peaceful morning. That’s all I wanted.”
Todoroki walked past and ruffled his hair. “You got one. Better count those blessings, baby. How many blessings do you need?”
Bakugo caught his wrist and kissed his knuckles before letting him go. “... Just you.”

The war is over.
Midoriya gave everything to make that happen—his youth, his Quirk, and nearly his life.
Now he just wants to go home. To Japan. To his wife. To his son.
But the gods weren’t invited to the peace treaty. And the sea remembers.
What starts as a journey home becomes a gauntlet of divine storms, cursed islands, sea monsters, and one very dramatic Frenchman.
This is a story about heroes, yes. About storms and monsters and impossible odds.
But mostly?
It’s about what—and who—you survive for.
(Or: The Odyssey, but gayer, and with more trauma bonding.)
