Steve Rogers has had to adjust to a lot over his lifetime, from finding out his soulmate was his best friend, to changing his entire body for the chance to go to war. He didn't think he'd have to face living in a whole new century without Bucky. There's been no other scars turning up, and the only one he really has left is across his shoulder. But then a HYDRA assassin turns up, wearing his best friend's face and missing an entire arm. In theory, it should be simple after that, right? Except when, in Steve's life have things been simple?
