Holly Potter: The Early Years (revised) (джен)

This fic was initially started in my mid-teens, hence a fair bit of cringey writing. I had also little idea where I was taking it, so by the time I had an idea, I was 6 "years" in and somewhat constrained by what I could and couldn't change. Rather than try to salvage something from that burning skip (did you leave your phone in that skip? oh shit), I'm slowly going through and revising the fic. The aim is to slowly weave those plots in earlier into the story, instead of their clunky addition via retcon as was looking likely. This is a slow-burn au, divergence from canon will be gradual and won't go to the extremes like some fics. With that in mind, the first 2 years are summarised here in those parts that are different to the original canon, such as the introduction of ocs (if ocs aren't your jam...well I do this for myself mostly soooo...), and tidbits of worldbuilding and Dumbledore being not quite so neglectful.
