В последнее время я завела привычку составлять себе по утрам планы на день. Дел всегда много, и так проще ничего важного не забыть. И опять же – каждый выполненный пункт - это дофамин.
Записываю туда как что-то объемное, типа убрать квартиру, подключится дистанционно и поработать, так и мелочь, которую могу забыть. Ну, там выпить таблетку, купить что-то что важно не забыть, ибо уже закончилось.
Пишу всегда на листочке, листок лежит у меня на компьютерном столе. Вычеркивать выполненное - отдельное удовольствие доставляет)
Сегодня пока я гуляла с котом к моим 15 пунктам загадочно добавился пункт
16. Купить дочкам мармеладки в Чижике (кислые радужные и в форме мишек)
