Jiang Guan, Emperor of the High Seas, is dead, and with him, the kleptocratic rule of the Jiang dynasty. By all accounts, this will go down as a story of victory for the people of this nation – the cruel emperor slain by the shining hero, the great Golden General Zhou Xin.
Jiang Jin Cheng just happens to be born on the wrong side of this story, that's all.
