What we are (гет)

After the war, Zuko rules a nation in recovery.
By day, that means meetings, decrees, decisions. It means being the king everyone expects him to be. It means moving forward, rebuilding, leaving the fire behind.
But night is another matter.
When the palace falls silent. When the reports are signed and the advisors have left. When there is nothing and no one left to demand his attention, and therefore, nothing to distract him from the one thing that is always there, lurking in the depths of his mind.
Then, his feet move on their own.
It's not a decision. It's not a duty.
Always to the same place.
Always to the same door.
Azula's cell.
