After Bucky was released from the hospital, it only took him a couple of weeks to give up on himself. Difficult to believe in any kind of future when the simple act of staying alive was almost too big an effort. Out the frosted window, across the street, there was a tiny homeless guy burrowing under an awning.

И плачу. Какая нежная и трепетная история. О дружбе, о доверии и о любви, что только-только набирает цвет. Причем история так великолепно сделана и так органично вписывается в канон, что я могу лишь молча снять шляпу перед автором.
Почитайте обязательно, не затягивайте надолго, как я - не пожалеете. Это полный восторг.
