After a long, terrible war, the Federation of Sovereign Empires forms as the product of the alliance created early in the Great War between the Covenant Separatists and the UNSC. Time passes as they progress greatly, eventually discovering the existence of other galactic governments. The events that will follow will change the course of the galaxy in more ways than one.
