Ruby is a rookie cop working the graveyard shift. She grew up by herself, and while she wouldn't ever tell anyone, she's not as tough and upbeat as she acts. She simply wants someone to come home to, and she's growing tired and lonely. But when she gets a routine call to an abandoned lot, her life changes in a way she never expected.
