A viral outbreak has occurred in Middleton causing complete chaos. Those that are infected now prey upon the uninfected. Ron, Bonnie, Kim, and a few others have to escape a now locked down Middleton to have any chance of finding a cure. If they don't then they may have no chance of being 'human' again.
