President Rogers never expected his security detail to include Tony Stark, the Secret Service's very best agent, codenamed Iron Man.
Steve's put the war behind him in the desert, but he's coming to realise that hell is empty and all the devils are here. Tony Stark is exactly who Steve needs to survive this. These days, isn't it always what he needs and not what he wants?
OR: a very loose retelling of Iron Man 3, where Steve Rogers is the newly elected POTUS and Tony Stark is Tony Stark who also happens to be a Secret Service agent.
