After the death of his best friend Tommy. Oliver knows his life will never be the same again. With the help of some friends, he finds his way and his transition to becoming the Arrow begins. Karai and Shinigami help Oliver take down those who do wrong in there city and help the turtles with whatever crazy situations they get into. Takes place during TMNT season 5 and Arrow season 2
