Jacob was not pleased to hear his sister's betrothed and Evie did not understand why. Jacob cold-heartedly left soon after her wedding and they haven't spoken since. As five years flew by, Evie realized her wedding was a bit hasty. As the days pass after her return, she built up courage to build their relationship back together.
