Compliment War (слэш)

He was tired as in Jiang Cheng had been talking his ear off for hours, and to say Lan Wangji’s Lan patience was running thin would’ve been a vast understatement. 
So he decided to try a different approach instead. If insults would lead to Jiang Cheng whining even more, then what if-
“Jiang Wanyin, your hair looks nice no matter how you style it.”
Jiang Cheng, on the brink of another rant, froze and stared at Lan Wangji with wide eyes. His face slowly began to turn a bright red. He opened and closed his mouth a couple of times, but no sound came out. 
Lan Wangji’s eyes shone with triumph, and at long last, there was finally silence.
