The war is over, and Harry Potter has won. While Harry and Ron decide to take positions at the Ministry as Aurors, Hermione returns to Hogwarts to complete her final year of school. During her time at Hogwarts, she stumbles upon a lost letter and decides to write the original letter writer, informing them that she found their lost epistle.
