He looked at Nancy's direction when he heard no noise or movement and his blood ran cold as he saw her lifeless form. He immediately ran in front of her.
"Nancy?" He asked, not bothering to hide the concern and fear in his voice as he grabbed her gently yet firmly by the shoulders. "Hey.. Hey!" He said and his heart rate began to pick up. No, no, no, no, he chanted in his head as he looked directly into her eyes which were rolled into the back of her skull and he choked on a breath. This was exactly what had happened to Max. "Stay with me! Nancy!" He cried out. "Hey!"
Everyone on the other side looked through the portal and Eddie immediately noticed what was wrong.
"Holy fuck.." He mumbled and had to fight the urge to not vomit. He had already seen this happen twice, he did not want to see it again.
Especially not Nancy.
Not Wheeler.
