So I wrote a 5+1 but made it as angsty as possible, Angst, Angst and Feels, Hurt/Comfort, Angst with a Happy Ending, Alternate Universes, five in fact, Major character death but it's in an alternate universe that doesn't happen, so it doesn't really count i guess, gwaine is a good friend, Guilt, So much guilt, Arthur gets emotionally whumped, BAMF Merlin (Merlin), Arthur Finds Out About Merlin's Magic (Merlin), Merlin's Magic Revealed (Merlin), Gwaine Knows About Merlin's Magic (Merlin), Protective Merlin, Magic Reveal, Arthur has a crisis, Dark Merlin, Somewhat insane Merlin (but it's technically an alternate future), It's all okay in the end though don't worry, Guilty Arthur Pendragon (Merlin), Protective Arthur Pendragon (Merlin)

In which Arthur Pendragon gets kidnapped by a strange mystical being who decides that the best way for him to learn about the things he doesn't know is to send him to five different alternate futures in which his past self had made the wrong choices.
Arthur gets a sneak peak preview of what could happen if he messes up majorly, ends up discovering more than a few things about himself and Merlin, and has to make a choice on everything he's ever known.
