Loki wasn't considered a villain to the Avengers. Not really. The most Loki got up to nowadays was pranks on civilians that caused them minor headaches. Some were even amusing enough that the Avengers would let him go with a warning, knowing the mischief god would be getting right back to causing...well, mischief as soon as their backs were turned.
But when Loki goes missing for months, the Avengers begin to worry about their prankster villain. Until one day he turns up in the Tower, badly hurt and with no explanation as to what happened.
It's up to the Avengers to nurse him back to health and find out some answers.
