"April, and Casey were starting to get concerned when the turtles had basically gone radio silent for a week. New York was freezing, and they didn't know how the cold blooded mutants would stay warm without heating. April offered her place, but they turned her down, and calmed her fears by mentioning how they had experience surviving winter at this point."
