Most of the time, it is a struggle by lazy and inept humans. Sometimes, the plodding along staves off the loneliness. His studies in art and antiquities brought him creature-comfort joy. Then, one day, he discovers a young Mandalorian woman—an artist—a Rebel who excites his passion for the galaxy and enthuses him creatively. It ignites his desires. The Chiss scientists and their eugenists thought the emotion and passion genes were excised from the gene pool with a few revertants like Thrawn. It seems his desires for the community are not genetic. His desires expand and reverberate continuously in the Force. |
