| In the Spring of 1997, Lydia goes back home to Winter River for a reprieve from city life. What she expects is lots of gingham, quiet mornings, lazy afternoons, and watching bad paranormal investigation shows with Barbara at three A.M. while they take bets about how long it'll take Delia to wake up after taking so many pills. What she gets is an important life-lesson: Bureaucracy's a massive pain in the ass. |
