| It’s months until the Immortal Alliance Conference and mere weeks before Binghe is sent down the mountain on his first solo mission. Both of these upcoming events appear to worry Shen Qingqiu. Binghe, for his part, is worried about Shizun being lonely when he’s away from the sect and is downright frustrated at Shizun’s blindness to Liu Qingge’s courtship attempts. So when Shen Qingqiu initiates th...>>e celebration of an obscure autumn festival, Binghe recruits Ning Yingying and Ming Fan to matchmake for the pair. Binghe expects the weeks leading up to the event to be full of frustration as they work together to build something called an escape room. He doesn’t expect to walk away with friends. Tl;dr: Binghe’s POV of what happened behind the scenes of The Treat Route. :) You don’t have to have read the previous stories to enjoy this one (though it will give you more background on what the adults are doing). Chapter 1: The Status-Quo Notes: Hi - a note before we get started! This story is primarily intended as Gen (no romance) as it focuses on Binghe's platonic relationships. The possible pre-slash doesn't really start until a fair way into the story and can easily be read as purely platonic, if preferred, so read it either way without guilt! 🙈 |

On the line are bonus B-points, special prizes, and the possibility that Binghe will decide not to burn down the mountain one day. It's an opportunity that's too good to resist! ...Suspicious, but still, if he can collect enough B-poin...>>ts, maybe he won't have to shove his little white sheep into the Abyss, right? To his surprise, it's not just Qing Jing Peak who gets interested in the event. Between setting things up, choosing costumes for his favorite people, and bullying System, Shen Qingqiu ends up spending a lot of extra time with Liu Qingge.
